A Rat Pack inspired show an idea born a few years ago from Chris Vinante and Joe Smith. After a few appearances together, they found there was a great chemistry performing as a duo. Unfortunately due to opposing work schedules (Chris being in high demand for his singing in Londons top Clubs and Joe being engaged with a ten month contract singing for royal Caribean and was busy with shooting a film Goodnight Gloria, due for release in 2012), they had to go different ways but they always kept in touch with each other. At the end of 2011 they met again and started doing some appearances together, they realised this time the chemistry and fun they could create as a duo should be taken more seriously , within a few months they had rehearsed a raw, fun stylish show but weren't exactly sure at that point what to call the show. very quickly the boys were invited to perform at the prestigious Green Room Actors Club which has had the likes of Sir Laurence Olivier and Emma Thompson as members!!! Starting with a few improvised nights of performance they developed there act into London's most unique swing show which pays homage to the Rat pack and "The Summit" was born!
